Meet Natalie.
Natalie has over 12 years of agency-specific project management experience and 14 years of freelance consulting in under her belt. She’s run diverse, complex projects end-to-end for many clients both domestically across the U.S. and internationally across the globe.
She has a Master of Science in Science, Technology, and Society Studies and is fascinated with how technology interacts with our lives. She spent years living across the southwest US, where she worked farmers’ markets for a world-renowned sourdough bakery in Phoenix.
These days, Natalie enjoys gardening, crossword puzzles, and nearly all reality TV shows.
Building a remote-first consultancy
Natalie built her business in the very early days of remote work—before Slack & Zoom even existed. She’s always been a strong proponent of the importance of communication across teams, leading directly to successful remote work. She believes that web agencies need to rely on more than the convenience of co-location in order to be successful together.
Helping agencies move towards remote work has empowered Natalie’s teams to be more clear, thorough, and intentional in their communications and deliverable work. She’s helped several agencies audit, evaluate, and migrate project tools, operational processes, and hiring practices in order to adopt remote-first practices.

Natalie is passionate about team and workplace psychological safety and how that can be fostered in often high-pressure, high-stress agency environments. Her leadership style emphasizes a culture of continuous improvement and giving everyone a voice in whatever medium they feel most comfortable in. She is well-versed in working with overseas teams and clients as well as folks located across both coasts of the U.S.
Though Natalie’s undergraduate background lies in the graphic design (print + branding) world, her work over the last decade has focused in progressively more technical aspects of web development and native mobile app projects. She’s launched many successful, complex technical projects across a myriad of technical stacks alongside some fantastic development teams.
